The ICP / ILCF monitoring committee, chaired by the Rector, met on Monday, March 9th. As mentioned in the circular dated March 2nd, ICP / ILCF are following the instructions of the French authorities and the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) and ask everyone to respect the prevention instructions.
To date, no proven cases have been reported on campus.

Reminder of protective gestures
- Wash your hands regularly
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow
- Use disposable tissues
- No more shaking hands or kissing
- Call 15 if symptoms
- Stay at home if you are sick or if you live in a "cluster"
- Only wear a surgical mask if you are sick

- If you cough a lot please wear a mask in class, to avoid worrying your comrades

Courses and events at the ICP are maintained
- In accordance with government instructions, gatherings of more than 1,000 people are canceled. If attendance is below this level, conferences or events can take place as scheduled.
- The courses have no reason to be canceled or given "online" at this stage

Travelling abroad
- According to MESRI's recommendations, any movement outside the EU or in risk areas in Europe must be postponed "unless it is proven to be necessary". This applies to your trips for your leisure on weekends.

Protection of vulnerable populations
- For people worried about their health and who are fragile (pregnant women, chronically ill, people with disabilities, immunocompromised people…), they can report themselves to the Academic Manager.
- Any absence must be justified by a medical certificate
- We invite students to contact the nurse ( for any medical questions

People living in a “cluster” or affected by the virus
- People who are sick or living in a "cluster" have the obligation to stay at home. In this case, they will have to provide an official document or a medical certificate
