Located in the center of town, on the Route de Neufchâtel, in a site steeped in cultural and historical heritage, it echoes the Paris and Reims campuses.
Renovation work is currently underway to create welcoming, functional university spaces that promote educational innovation.

Exceptional scholarships for the first intake of students at the Rouen campus
Sénalia, Europe's leading cereal exporter, is committed to academic and social accessibility in its region. As Rouen's leading port operator, Sénalia is one of the founding sponsors of the ICP Rouen campus, whose social aid policy it supports. Sénalia offered
14 social grants covering the full tuition fees for the 3-year bachelor's degree to the students of the first intake of the Rouen campus. These grants can be combined with State grants.
Because professionalization is a fundamental dimension of ICP's training programs, Sénalia also offers students who so wish the opportunity to benefit from a mentoring program with Group employees during their third year of undergraduate studies.
