Introduction

An in-depth study of some significant moments and events of Britain in the 20th century through the analysis of primary sources. The seminars aim to help students to develop their analytical skills and use knowledge acquired from the lectures.

Objectives

By the end of the semester, you will have a good understanding of the different political ideas and economic approaches that have shaped modern Britain, and of its most influential people, parties and social movements.
